Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Academy Hosting ("we," "us," or "our"), a registered Doing Business As (DBA) name for Academy Gaming LLC. By accessing or using our game server hosting services ("Services") through www.academy-hosting.com and its subdomains (collectively, the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Academy Hosting provides hosting solutions for game servers. The Services include server resources, support, and related features as described on our Site. All Services are subject to availability.
User Obligations

- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our Services.
Prohibited Activities
- Illegal Activities: Hosting or promoting content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Abuse of Resources: Using excessive server resources that disrupt the Services for other users.
- Security Violations: Attempting to breach security measures or disrupt the integrity of our Services.
Payment Terms
- Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services you select, as outlined on www.academy-hosting.com.
- Billing Cycle: Payments are due in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as per your selected plan.
- Late Payments: Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
Refund Policy
Academy Hosting offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new customers. If you are not satisfied with our Services within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. Please note that private/VIP servers or any third-party services are non-refundable. To request a refund, please contact us through an on-site support ticket or through our Discord via support ticket.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. The customer will be liable for all current outstanding bills due, but all subscriptions will be terminated immediately.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted under United States federal law, the Site and all content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Academy Gaming, LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
- Warranties related to uninterrupted service, accuracy, or error-free operation; and
- Warranties against malware, hacking, or unauthorized access.
Your use of the Site and Services is solely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable U.S. law, in no event shall Academy Gaming, LLC, Academy Hosting, or its owners, officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, system failure, or service interruption;
- Damages arising from third-party conduct, unauthorized access, or use of your data; and
- Reliance on any information obtained through the Site or Services.
In all circumstances, the total liability of Academy Gaming, LLC and Academy Hosting shall not exceed one U.S. dollar ($1.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. Where such laws apply, some of the above limitations may not apply to you; however, U.S. federal law permits broad disclaimers and limitations to the fullest extent allowed.
