Discord bot hosting FAQ

Which plan should I choose?

Check your bot’s memory usage, dependencies and expected workload. Basic is a starting point for smaller bots; Pro and Ultimate provide more resources. Contact us if you need help sizing your application.

Which languages are supported?

The current bot hosting service supports Node.js, Python and Java, including Discord.py and JDA projects. Ask us about any special runtime or dependency before ordering.

How do I deploy my bot?

Upload your files through the panel or use the supported GitHub deployment workflow. Install the required dependencies, configure your start command, and add your bot credentials to the environment settings.

Can one plan run several bots?

Each plan supports one primary process. Choose separate plans for bots that need to run independently.

Where can I find setup help?

Visit the knowledgebase for available bot configuration guides or open a support ticket from your client area.

Before you order

What do I need to provide?

You supply your bot application, its dependencies and the configuration needed to run it. Check the required language version and any external services before ordering. Keep bot tokens and other secrets in the environment settings rather than public source files. If a dependency needs unusual system access or a specific runtime, contact our team to confirm compatibility first.

How should I size my Discord bot hosting plan?

Compare your application’s normal and peak memory use with the RAM included in each plan. Consider how many communities it serves, background tasks, database connections and the size of its dependencies. CPU and storage allocations also differ between plans. Check the resource table above, and ask our team for help if you do not yet have usage measurements. One plan supports one primary process.
