Refund Policy
Academy Hosting offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new customers. If you are not satisfied with our Services within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. Please note that private/vip servers or any third-party services are non-refundable. To request a refund, please contact us through a support ticket or through a Discord support ticket.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. The customer will be liable for all current outstanding bills due, but all subscriptions will be terminated immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Academy Hosting and Academy Gaming LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
